Las Galeras School is a straight 20 minute ride on a bus/gua-gua from town. Bus lets you off right in front of the school used as a Kingdom Hall.  This is not a congregation or an official group as we do not have enough elders & brothers to take the lead. Meetings are held so that persons living so far from the Kingdom Hall can attend (no transportation after 5:30 pm to town from there).  Some 50 brothers and sisters attend, many coming in their own vehicle or with others from the town. Generally they meet at 8:00 a.m. & preach all day in the countryside. Then stay to attend the meeting at 6:30 pm.

Territories worked are located  at the two extremities of the congregation territory on the Peninsula of Samana.  Samana Congregation has many local and foreign pioneers or "needgreaters".  Since there are many English speaking needgreaters, finding someone to work with in the ministry to help with the language is never a problem.
